Personal Training

Personal Training gives clients a holistic approach to their gym experience. Every client starts with an assessment session. During this session, our experienced Head Coach, Sam Pattison, assesses flexibility, strength, body fat, hormone levels, neurotransmitter levels, and goals. After the session, the client will receive a comprehensive training and nutrition plan based on their specific goals and will have unlimited access to their Coach via text and/or email.

Personal Training Sessions are by Appointment only and can be booked between:

Monday-Friday: 5am-7pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm
