PNP #1: What to do if You're Always Hurt
This is the start of a series of quick lifting advice, that may be elaborated in the future.
If you are always hurt, your training/coach is bad or your technique sucks.
Take an honest look at your program and where you have gotten hurt. Has it been around volume or intensity blocks? Has it been the same exercise? There is an answer to be found in there somewhere, because a totally healthy body will not randomly break. There are factors that lead up to an injury, and it is your job/coaches job to figure out what those factors are and address them for future blocks.
If you keep getting hurt, and especially if the same body part is getting hurt, then you need to take an honest look at your training because you can't get stronger if you're unable to lift.
